This site provides information about RNR Land Company LLC and lets you tell us about a property.
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy anything. Any offer we make is a separate written document, specific to one property, made after we have researched it. Information on this site is general, may be out of date, and should not be relied on as a statement about your particular property.
RNR Land Company LLC is a buyer acting for its own account. We are not a real estate broker or agent, we do not represent you, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. Using this site does not create any agency, brokerage, or representation relationship between us.
Our interests as a buyer are not the same as yours as a seller. You are free to get your own advice, and we encourage it.
Nothing on this site or in our communications is legal, tax, accounting, financial, engineering, surveying, or planning advice. We may tell you what we believe about a property's zoning, access, or condition. Those are our working beliefs for our own purposes, not professional opinions, and you should not act on them without your own advisers.
When you submit a form you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are the owner of the property or are authorised to discuss it. If you are one of several owners, tell us — a sale requires everyone on the deed.

These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by RNR Land Company LLC through rnrlandco.com.
RNR Land Company LLC operates one text messaging program through this website.
Who is enrolled. Only a person who fills in the form on rnrlandco.com and ticks the consent checkbox on that form. The checkbox is empty when the page loads and must be ticked deliberately. Submitting the form without ticking it does not enrol you.
What we send. Messages about the specific property you told us about and our interest in buying it — questions about the parcel, our offer or our decision, and replies to you.
What we do not send. We do not send marketing broadcasts, promotional offers, newsletters, or automated drip sequences through this program. We do not send messages about properties you did not ask us about.
How often. Message frequency is low and varies. There is no fixed or recurring schedule. Most people receive only a handful of messages about a single property.
Who the sender is. RNR Land Company LLC. Messages come from the number published on this site.
To stop. Reply STOP to any message from our number. You will receive one message confirming that you have been removed, and nothing after that. You may also email [email protected] and ask us to stop; we will honour that the same way.
To start again. Replying START, YES or UNSTOP to our number tells the mobile carriers to lift the block on messages from us. That is all it does. It does not restart this program and it does not give us permission to message you.
To receive messages from us again, submit the form on rnrlandco.com and tick the consent box. That is the only way into the program.
Reply HELP to any message from our number and we will reply with contact details and how to opt out.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will arrive, or arrive on time.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and your carrier. Those charges are between you and your carrier. We do not charge you anything to receive our messages.

This program works with the major United States carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and with most regional and reseller carriers.
Carrier participation can change and is outside our control. We are not liable if your carrier does not deliver a message.
You must be 18 or older to give consent and to take part in this messaging program.

We may change these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
A change to these terms does not change the consent you already gave us. If the messaging program itself changes materially, we ask you again.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the State of New Jersey.
