What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, the property you are asking about, the county it is in, and anything you choose to write in the open field.
What is collected automatically. Standard web information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the time of the visit. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, your date of birth, your bank details, or any payment information. Do not send those through this website.
We do not use your information to build profiles for advertising, and we do not sell it.
If you tick the consent box on our form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from RNR Land Company LLC about your property and your inquiry.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase or offer. You can use this site, send us a form, and sell us land without ever agreeing to text messages.

Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
RNR Land Company LLC does not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for any purpose other than providing the service you asked for.
No other company may text you on the strength of permission you gave to us. Permission you give to us stays with us.
The only parties who ever handle your phone number are the service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — for example the company that hosts our customer records and sends the messages — and they may use it only to provide that service to us and for nothing else.
That is the complete list. We do not provide your information to data brokers, lead resellers, or advertising networks.
We keep inquiry records for as long as we may need them for the property, and for as long as the law requires. Records of consent and of opt-out requests we keep indefinitely, because that is how we prove we honoured them.
An opt-out record survives deletion of everything else, so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
